RADIO STATION MANAGEMENT

Preamble

The purpose of this qualification is for learners to be able to understand the broadcasting sector in relation to radio and be able to efficiently and effectively manage a radio station and other similar broadcast environments. This qualification plays a valuable role in developing management skills around the context of radio. It articulates well with the National Certificate in Radio Production by means of extension of scope allowing the learner to further their career within the field.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric / NSC (NQF Level 4) or RPL (Computer knowledge is essential)
 
Note, the “Blended Study” option requires the learner to have access to a device, preferably a Laptop or Computer and access to the Internet.
